Quick Light is superior to all other lighted flag poles because there is no wires, lights, or plugs to ever go bad in the pole. Quick Light uses one ( high powered ) led in the base that shines up into the flag pole. This led is one of the worlds brightest high powered LEDs in the world. It can produce well over 120 lumans. Being this is an LED, there is no filament to brake like a traditional light bulb. LEDs are extremely durable. They use very Little energy compared to a traditional light bulb. Also a traditional light bulb with a filament looses its light out put during use until it burns out ( especially in the abuse an off road car will give a flag pole ). These LEDs are rated to have 75 % of the light out put after 50,000 hours of use. That is over five years on 24 hours a day.
